What is the shelf life of the balm?

6 mnths-3 yrs. For maximum shelf life, avoid leaving the balm in extreme heat or direct sunlight. If the product softens too much for your preference, place it in the refrigerator for a few minutes. 

Can the balm be used on pets?
Absolutely. Our balm is safe for pets. I have used this on my own pooch after the FedEx delivery truck hit her in my driveway. Within one week, the wound was healed and hair had grown back.

Are there any allergens in the balm?
There have been no reports of allergic reactions. However, please check the ingredients on the label, as we want to ensure that you won't be the first to experience any issues.

How should the balm be stored?

Store the balm in a dry, cool place or at room temperature. Avoid placing it in areas with extreme heat or direct sunlight for extended periods.
